Our customer contact centre opening hours over the festive period

During the festive period, there will be some changes to our usual customer contact centre opening hours:

• Thursday 24 December - Our customer contact centre will close at 1pm. Our normal out-of-hours service is available for emergencies on: 0800 652 0898
• Friday 25 to Monday 28 December - Emergency out-of-hours service
• Tuesday 29 to Thursday 31 December - Customer contact centre opens as usual
• Friday 1 to 3 January - Emergency out-of-hours service
• Monday 4 January - Customer contact centre open and usual services continue. Our opening hours are: Mon - Thur (8.30am - 5pm) and Fri (8.30am - 4.30pm)
